Eligibility & Onboarding
To apply, partners must provide legitimate business information, comply with applicable gambling, advertising, and data protection laws, and agree to the Affiliate Terms. Promotion must not target minors or prohibited regions, and all traffic must originate from legitimate sources. A verification and anti-fraud screening will be conducted prior to activation.
Commission Models
- Revenue Share: calculated on Net Revenue generated by referred players; scale tiers apply; lifetime revenue accrues for as long as the player remains active, subject to policy terms. No negative carryover applies.
- CPA: fixed fee per qualified depositing player, subject to performance criteria and geographies.
- Hybrid: a combination of revenue share and CPA with defined minimums and caps.
Payments & Thresholds
Commissions are calculated monthly and become payable after verification and fraud checks. The minimum payout threshold is €100 or equivalent in local currency. Payments are issued by bank transfer or other approved methods within 15 business days following the end of each payment period. Taxes and regulatory withholdings, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking & Attribution
Each referred player is tracked via unique identifiers in our partner dashboard. The attribution window for eligible activity is 60 days from the date of first interaction, with revenue recognised under defined net-revenue calculations. All activity is subject to our tracking and dispute resolution procedures.
Marketing Resources & Brand Usage
Affiliates receive access to approved creatives, landing pages, tracking links, and localization options. Partners must use only approved materials and adhere to Brand Guidelines to ensure accurate representation of 33bmw. Advertising claims must be accurate and not imply endorsement beyond the program terms.
Compliance & Responsible Gaming
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws governing gambling advertising, data protection, and anti-money-laundering requirements. Promotions must include responsible gaming messages and opt-out mechanisms. The programme may amend terms in response to regulatory changes, with notice where required.
Data Privacy & Security
33bmw processes affiliate data as data controller for performance analysis. A data processing agreement may be required under applicable law. Personal data shall be handled in accordance with the Privacy Notice and relevant data protections, with secure transmission and restricted access.
Terms of Agreement & Termination
The Affiliate Agreement governs the relationship and may be terminated by either party on notice or for material breach. Upon termination, affiliates must cease promotions and remove materials within 15 days and settle all outstanding commissions in accordance with the terms. Confidential information remains subject to post-termination obligations as defined by law.
Support & Account Management
Affiliates receive a dedicated account manager, access to a secure partner portal, and ongoing performance support. We conduct monthly reviews, provide optimization guidance, and maintain a defined escalation path for disputes.
