Scope and Application
These betting rules govern all sports wagering conducted through 33bmw. They define when bets are accepted, how settlements are determined, and the rights and obligations of customers and 33bmw. All bets are subject to these rules unless a market-specific provision states otherwise.
1 General Settlement Rules
- 1.1 The outcome of a market is settled when it is officially determined. If an outright market is decided by an official announcement after the event has concluded, 33bmw may void any bets placed after the publication of the outcome. If a match is not completed and is decided by the referee or an official source, bets will be settled in accordance with that official result; undecided bets may be void if more than 48 hours pass after the end of the event without a final determination, except for markets expressly described otherwise in the market description. Player specials are excluded from these rules.
- 1.2 33bmw reserves the right to decline all or part of a bet without providing a reason. If a bet is not accepted, the customer’s stake is refunded.
- 1.3 Before an event starts, 33bmw may void or cancel part or all of a bet after acceptance without providing any reason. After an event has started, 33bmw may void or cancel part or all of a bet, even after acceptance and settlement, for valid reasons such as palpable error (wording or odds), a detected attempt to bypass limits or risk management, use of privileged information, overlapping related bets, active participation by a bettor in the event, or a technical error in offering odds or events. Any such reason may be communicated to the customer upon request.
- 1.4 33bmw may cancel all bets on an event if there is a change of venue.
- 1.5 33bmw may cancel all bets if there are radical changes in event circumstances such as playing time, distance in a race, or number of periods.
- 1.6 If 33bmw suspects fraud or a high probability of match fixing, the company may keep specific betting slips unsettled, inform relevant authorities, wait for a verdict, and settle or void bets in accordance with the verdict.
- 1.7 If the betting system is interrupted, 33bmw will perform standard checks and may accept or reject bets accordingly. Customers may need to log in after service restoration to confirm bet acceptance.
- 1.8 VAR decisions that conflict with on-pitch decisions and alter the state of play at the time of bet placement may render all bets placed between the incident and the final decision void, unless the affected odds were not influenced and remain accounted for at the time of bet acceptance. Settlement of unrelated bets unaffected by the VAR decision shall stand. VAR shall be treated as having occurred at the time of the original incident for settlement purposes, even if play is not interrupted immediately. 33bmw reserves the right to reverse settlements if final decisions render earlier settlements inaccurate, provided the decision is communicated before the match concludes or the listed timeframe ends.
- 1.9 Odds and winnings are subject to rounding rules: displayed odds are shown with two decimal places; total odds are calculated using a sixth decimal digit, while total winnings are truncated to two decimal places. Any observed discrepancy arises solely from these rounding rules.
- 1.10 The maximum interval between settlement of a betslip and any potential re-settlement is 30 days.
- 1.11 If a match is officially completed by the referee at 79:00 or later, all markets are settled on the full-time result. If completion occurs at 78:59 or earlier, undecided markets are void. Events abandoned or stopped for other reasons are void to the extent not settled by the official result prior to abandonment.
- 1.12 Supported match formats for pre-match and live bets are 2x25, 2x30, 2x35, 2x40, 2x45 and 3x30. If the duration falls outside 50 to 90 minutes, all markets are void. For 3x30, halftime duration is calculated as total match duration divided by two. 33bmw does not assume responsibility for unanticipated format changes and settlement may be affected accordingly; risk is borne by the customer at registration.
- 1.13 Outright markets (short-term and long-term) are subject to a Play-or-Pay rule. Bets on participants in an Outright market will stand even if a listed participant cannot take part, and will be settled as losses where applicable. The Play-or-Pay rule applies to all outright markets (Winner, Top 3, Top 5, etc.) for listed participants. Head-to-Head (H2H) markets are excluded from this rule; if any listed participant does not compete, H2H markets involving that participant are void. If a participant is replaced by another participant from the same team, team markets remain valid while individual markets for the original participant become void.
2 Outrights, Dead Heats and Market Resolution
- 2.1 Outright (Future) bets: if a participant does not start, all related Outright bets are void. If multiple winners are declared (dead heat) in an Outright market, the stake is divided by the number of winners and the final payout is at the full odds for each divided stake.
- 2.2 Head-to-Head markets: where applicable, remain subject to official competition rules; settlement follows the official result and any applicable dead-heat rules as per the market specification.
3 Scorers and Goal-Related Markets
- 3.1 Scorers: First Goal Scorer, Last Goal Scorer and Anytime Goal Scorer apply to regular time unless stated otherwise. Own goals may be treated specially as stated in the market description; if an own goal occurs, it is ignored for First Goal Scorer, depending on the market rules.
- 3.2 If a match is abandoned after goals have been scored, bets on the First Goal Scorer apply; bets on the Last Goal Scorer may be voided depending on whether a scorer remains identifiable at abandonment. Anytime Goal Scorer bets settle in favor of the player who scores at any time, subject to eligibility rules within the market.
4 In-Play, Live Betting and Timed Acceptance
- 4.1 Live or In-Play betting is subject to rapid odds movement. 33bmw cannot guarantee continuous availability of prices and may refuse or void bets if displayed prices diverge from industry norms at the time of placement.
- 4.2 Timed Acceptance: certain bets may be placed using a timer-based acceptance feature. Each timer-accepted bet has a countdown; acceptance is subject to trader discretion. Bets placed during live betting rely on current match data, which may be delayed; placing bets based on such data is at the customer’s risk.
5 Disputes, Claims and Customer Service
- 5.1 Claims or disputes must be raised within one week after a bet is finalised or within two weeks after the event concludes. 33bmw’s Trading team has the final resolution rights; where unresolved, escalation to senior management may occur.
- 5.2 Customers should contact 33bmw customer services for disputes, which will be directed to the trading department for review. The company reserves the right to withhold settlement pending investigation where appropriate.
6 Amendments, Data Reliability and Notices
- 6.1 33bmw reserves the right to amend these Rules at any time. Any such amendment becomes binding upon posting on our platform. Data supplied for live events (scores, times, and related information) is subject to delays and may be imperfect; bets placed based on such data are risk-bearing by the customer.
- 6.2 The Company may suspend settlement and/or investigate any market where irregularities or errors in pricing are suspected. In cases of discrepancy between official results and published results, the official result as determined by the relevant governing body or the available video recording will prevail as the basis for settlement where specified in the market terms.
